What will you learn?

Asana - foundation asanas (postures) and how to create engaging and challenging sequences for your classes

Anatomy and Physiology - joint function, range of motion, and a functional understanding of skeletal, fascial, and muscular systems. In addition, you will learn about the chakras, subtle bodies, doshas, and bandhas.
